Construction and Maintenance firm Construction Linx has recently recruited four new members of staff to support its growth over the past year.

As a result of the new recruits, the firm can continue to provide construction and property refurbishment and maintenance services to clients across the North West, on both a planned and ad-hoc basis.

Gareth Williams, Managing Director of Construction Linx, comments: “The construction industry is booming once more and we’re delighted to say our company is doing the same. We’ve had a fantastic time recently, working with existing clients and securing new contracts, and our turnover is set to increase again this year.

“Our new recruits, Tara, Chris, Tyrone and Peter, are all vital to our ever-growing team of professionals as we have new contracts coming through on a regular basis – and they are enabling us to provide a seamless service to all our clients, today and going forward.”

Construction Linx’s new Customer Relations Executive is Tara Coates, who has extensive experience of working in the construction industry as a project manager, including 17 years in Greece. Tara will look after existing customers and ensure their projects run on time and are completed within budget.

Chris Marler has joined the company as Operations Co-Ordinator and will oversee and organise projects, from the small more-reactive works through to medium sized works.

As a new Site Assessor, Tyrone Smith’s main duties will be to monitor planned works by Construction Linx to ensure adherence at all times to the company standards. He will also work alongside the estimators during the handover process and help ensure internal and external communications, from project start to sign off, run smoothly.

Peter Spear has also joined the team of estimators, to help with the growing demand for quotes, and will deal with the small and medium sized quotes.

“It’s great to have Tara, Chris, Tyrone and Peter as part of our team, and they’re already an asset to the business, helping manage projects well for clients and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs well too,” says Gareth Williams.

“As a Cheshire based firm, it’s lovely to be able to recruit from the surrounding areas – especially as the work we do now covers further afield and we operate on a range of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the North West.

“Local communities matter, which is why we always take the time to know our clients before starting work on their projects – that way, we know exactly what will work for them, their business and their building. All our staff members are dedicated to the work we do, and as a company we’ve recently started supporting Buy 1 Give 1, an amazing business that currently has more than 800 projects globally benefiting from the work they do.

Construction Linx provides a range of construction services as well as refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Gareth Williams adds: “By working with construction professionals, including our latest recruits, we can continue to deliver a mixture of projects to our clients that support a business’s building needs, from initial construction through to ongoing planned and ad-hoc maintenance and refurbishment work. And all to the high standards our clients expect and we demand.

“We plan to continue growing the business over the next 12 months and look forward to recruiting more talented individuals to our team soon”.
