When we complete a job for a customer, we provide them with a feedback survey regarding work we have done for them. It has been designed to give us an idea of how we are performing across the board and welcome all comments that are made.
At the end of every quarter, the customers who have completed the survey are entered into a draw to win a prize. For the quarter ending March 2017 we had three winners.
