Construction Linx fitted new double glazed windows to the house we are renovating. The quote they gave was provided quickly and was accurate. The tradesmen were pleasant and respectful as well as quick and professional. The made minimum disruption and left the house clean and tidy with very little impact on the wall finishes or the sills. This was our first experience of anything more than a window replacement so we had everything to learn. The gang were very helpful, polite and friendly. They were most tolerant of our last minute changes in ideas.  In particular Sean was most helpful, he even mocked up the downstairs window sizes and we could see one was too big. We were also very happy with the atmosphere between the different trades men during the build.  Finally we felt the guys were most trustworthy; we were happy to leave them to lockup etc if we were not home.

Regarding the recent quiet room conversion project at The Acorns I could not be happier with the quality of workmanship on display. The chaps were polite, professional and friendly; they did a great job and reacted very well to problems encountered.  They were committed to finishing the work on time and leaving the area clean and tidy. I’ve been using Construction Linx for my maintenance and end-of-tenancy refurb works for quite a while now and they have never let me down. Their customer support and booking staff are excellent and always willing to go out of their way to meet the highest standards of service.

 They have the right balance when keeping tenants and landlords happy.  Reaction times are very good – important when dealing with pressing maintenance issues.  They also understand that landlords need to try to keep costs down and accordingly their prices are competitive. Issues are very rare and if they do occur they are dealt with proactively and always to the satisfaction of all parties.

The Construction Linx team has been very professional throughout the whole process of converting our garage / ground floor in to a full living space. The quotation process was very quick and thorough and the standard of the final space is excellent.

 We made a couple of adjustments through the build and these were accommodated with no issues which was great. The management of the build was really good and all other trades were coordinated really well, so there was no need for me to get involved. Any queries were discussed quickly and guidance provided to make a final decision. Just a quick note to pass on my thanks to Steve and Kane who built the small office for us in reception last week. As always, the quality of work was excellent and they kept me up to speed with what was happening.

 Going forward I am now planning-in the canteen refurbishment that you have the order number for, thanks for being patient, I have had to change the plan several times each time requiring you to revise the quote, hopefully we can now start the program of refurbishments, I will confirm details shortly.
