What we expect from you
We have a no-nonsense guide to how we expect our approved subcontractors to conduct themselves at all times and helps us to be transparent on our expectations.
Our Code of Conduct:
- Portray a Professional image – nothing short of outstanding
- Start as you mean to go on – prepare and protect the working area, clean up mess
- Reasonable Reaction times – to work requests within service level agreed dates
- Reliability – arriving on site at agreed times, accurate timekeeping to work plans
- Trade Competence – work within “industry workmanship standards
- Site Cleanliness within HSE regulations and to Risk and Method Statement Standards
- Costing – timely quotations provided with full descriptive
- Health and Safety PPE – correct PPE at all times in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations
- Communication – maintain regular communication with our Operations team to manage our clients’ expectations
- Documentation – sign-off sheets and photographs
